You've placed your order and are wondering what's next? Here's what to do:
1️⃣ Download your purchase summary either at the end of the order or via the confirmation email. You can print it with CTRL+P or right-click → "Print" .
📌 Tip : If you are unable to print it, write your order number, first name, last name, or company name on a blank sheet of paper and add it to the package.
2️⃣ Carefully pack your equipment 🛠️📦 in protective packaging to avoid any damage during transport.
3️⃣ Ship your package to the address indicated on the order form or at the bottom of the website page.
📩 Upon receipt , we will sharpen it as soon as possible and return your equipment to you by post (colissimo) to the address you have indicated.
